Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Valid Florida SLP license (or eligible for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred—but strong Clinical Fellows (SLP-CFY) are welcome
- Experience or strong interest in pediatric or school-based populations
- Ability to manage diverse caseloads across kindergarten to high school
- Strong communication, collaboration, and time-management skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech-language services to K-12th grade students, addressing articulation, language, fluency, and voice challenges
- Conduct evaluations, develop IEPs, and set measurable goals as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Work with classroom teachers, support staff, and families to ensure student progress and generalization of skills
- Collaborate closely with SLPAs, sharing expertise and ensuring high-quality support for all caseloads
- Maintain thorough documentation and adhere to ethical and regulatory school guidelines
- Participate in team meetings, trainings, and professional growth opportunities
