Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Current ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
- Valid state licensure to practice as an SLP in Florida (or eligibility to obtain)
- Previous experience working in school-based or pediatric settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to nurturing and empowering young students through excellent therapeutic services
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide individualized and small-group speech-language therapy to PreK students
- Conduct assessments and evaluate communication, language, and articulation skills
- Develop and implement evidence-based therapy plans to address identified needs
- Monitor student progress and document outcomes in accordance with established protocols
- Participate in IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams and families
- Offer guidance and resources to parents and teachers to support students’ goals
