Qualifications and Skills:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)

- Background in elementary school speech therapy or similar educational settings
- Strong communication and collaboration skills for working with students, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Ability to tailor therapy plans to meet a range of student needs, including moderate to profound
- Flexibility to work across grades K–12 as needed
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy services to students according to IEPs
- Evaluate, assess, and document each student’s unique strengths and challenges
- Develop individualized treatment plans and provide progress reports
- Work collaboratively with educators and support staff to design interventions and adaptations
- Participate in IEP meetings and partner with parents and caregivers to ensure optimal support
