Key Qualifications:
- Active SLP license in Texas; SLP-CCC or strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Demonstrated experience in educational or pediatric speech-language pathology settings a plus
- Familiarity with IEP creation, therapy planning, and delivering services in school environments
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills highly valued
- Ability to communicate effectively and compassionately with students, families, and multidisciplinary staff
- Hybrid work schedule flexibility for qualified candidates
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Perform screenings, evaluations, and re-evaluations in compliance with state and district guidelines
- Develop individualized treatment plans/goals and document progress
- Participate collaboratively in IEP team meetings and student support planning
- Serve as a resource to teachers and families regarding communication disorders and intervention strategies
- Maintain timely and accurate records of student performance
