Pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist in Spring, TX

This contract position is ideally suited for Speech-Language Pathologists (SLP) with their CCC or completing their CFY, and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants may also be considered. Full-time positions are available immediately and extend through the end of the school year, offering the possibility of a hybrid schedule for added flexibility.
Qualifications and Preferred Background:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field required
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility); SLP-CCC or CFY candidates welcome
- Consideration given to experienced SLPAs with current Texas licensure
- Prior experience in school settings and/or pediatric populations strongly preferred
- Bilingual in English and Spanish highly regarded
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- A passion for supporting diverse learners and fostering student growth
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans
- Collaborate regularly with educators, families, and related service professionals
- Monitor student progress and maintain clear documentation
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student support teams
- Support bilingual and multicultural students as needed
- Flexibly adapt to in-person or remote service delivery based on school needs
