Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Houston, TX

Candidates with SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY licensure are encouraged to apply, and experienced Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA) with strong backgrounds will be considered. Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active Texas licensure for SLP (CCC or CFY required; experienced SLPA may be considered)
- Proven experience in school settings is highly valued
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) candidates are especially encouraged to apply
- Strong skills in evaluation, therapy planning, and documentation
- Collaborative spirit and commitment to student-centered goals
- Comfort with technology for hybrid work environments
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement targeted intervention plans tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families on student progress and support
- Maintain accurate and thorough documentation in alignment with district and legal standards
- Participate in IEP meetings, contributing expertise and effective strategies
