Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active Texas SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
- Recent experience in a school setting preferred
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and direct therapy
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) skills are highly valued
- Strong organizational, communication, and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in school-aged children
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation, including progress notes and IEP reports
- Engage with families and multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic student support
- Participate in team meetings, staff development, and continued professional growth
- Flexibility to work both onsite and remotely, as needed
