Desired Experience and Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)
- Experience in a pediatric, early childhood, or school setting strongly preferred
- Comfort working with diverse caseloads and adapting intervention plans accordingly
- Excellent communication and collaborative skills with students, families, and educational teams
- Basic computer proficiency for data and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech, language, and communication assessments for K–12 students
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans based on student goals
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services targeting expressive/receptive language, articulation, and social communication
- Maintain thorough session documentation, data collection, and progress monitoring
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other specialists to promote student success
