What we’re looking for:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
- Current SLP licensure or eligibility for Iowa.
- Clinical expertise with pediatric populations—early childhood and elementary experience highly valued.
- School-based experience preferred, with knowledge of IEPs and collaborative service delivery.
- Strong communication, organizational, and documentation abilities.
- Flexibility and adaptability in meeting diverse student needs.
Your impact will include:
- Delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services to K–12 students.
- Evaluating, diagnosing, and establishing treatment plans for a range of communication disorders.
- Developing and maintaining IEPs in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
- Providing support and resources to teachers and families for improved student outcomes.
- Tracking and reporting on student progress.
