Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in a school or pediatric setting is advantageous
- Strong knowledge of IEP development and therapy documentation
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech and language abilities to determine program eligibility
- Develop, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Provide direct therapy to students in both individual and group settings

- Maintain accurate session notes and required documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary and IEP meetings as needed
- Support and educate staff and parents regarding speech and language needs
