Ideal candidates will bring:
- Current state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility for licensure)
- Experience or strong interest in K–12 educational settings, with particular focus on pediatric, early childhood, and elementary populations
- Expertise in assessing, diagnosing, and treating a spectrum of speech, language, and communication disorders in young learners
- Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Professionalism, adaptability, and a genuine passion for helping all students reach their full potential
Key responsibilities include:
- Providing direct therapy services according to students’ individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Conducting comprehensive evaluations, developing and implementing treatment plans, and monitoring progress
- Collaborating with educators and families to ensure integrated support
- Maintaining thorough documentation and adhering to compliance policies
