Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Previous experience with school-aged children, particularly in early childhood, elementary, or pediatric settings
- Ability to assess, develop, and implement individualized education and treatment plans
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Flexibility in working with diverse caseloads and adapting to student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in K–12 students
- Develop and deliver tailored intervention plans for students with varying levels of need
- Collaborate with educators, families, and related service providers to support student progress
- Document progress, maintain compliance with IEP goals, and participate in IEP meetings as needed
- Provide consultation and resources for teachers and families regarding speech and language development
