Qualifications & Experience Sought:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain prior to start)
- Previous experience in school-based, pediatric, early childhood, or elementary settings preferred
- Strong foundation in supporting and documenting goals for students with a range of speech and language needs
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and collaborate effectively with families and educational teams
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language services to students in grades K–12
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Assess, diagnose, and monitor students’ speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders
- Maintain detailed documentation and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support student success
