Qualifications:
- SLPA license or certification in the state of Connecticut
- Experience or familiarity with K-5 or grades 6-12 student populations
- School-based SLP/SLPA experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse school cultures and student needs
Role Details & Responsibilities:
- Provide direct support services to 5-7 students per location, collaborating closely with supervising SLPs
- Deliver high-quality speech and language interventions in either Manchester (K-5) or Bloomfield (grades 6-12) campuses
- Document progress, assist with assessments, and contribute to IEP development
- Engage positively with students, staff, and families
- Commitment from ASAP to mid-June (end of school year), full time (30-40 hours/week)
