Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Experience in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare settings with SLP services
- Familiarity or experience providing teletherapy services a plus
- Strong collaborative skills for working with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Exceptional communication and organizational abilities
Responsibilities:
- Deliver evaluations and individualized therapy for PreK-12th grade students presenting a range of speech, language, and communication challenges
- Develop and implement IEPs, collaborating with educators and families to track measurable progress
- Maintain accurate session documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
- Support student programming both in-person and through teletherapy as needed
- Contribute to multidisciplinary meetings to enhance support plans for students
- Foster a positive, inclusive, and engaging therapy environment that encourages student participation and growth
