We are seeking candidates who are passionate about making a difference in students’ lives, experienced with speech and language therapy in schools, and eager to contribute to a multidisciplinary team. Those with a background in teletherapy, CFY supervision, and pediatric healthcare are highly encouraged to apply.
Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates considered
- Valid state license as a Speech Language Pathologist
- Experience in school settings and/or working with pediatric populations
- Comfortable working with PreK-12th grade students, including diverse learning needs
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, or communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide intervention, progress monitoring, and documentation in compliance with school policies
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and fellow professionals to support student success
- Attend IEP meetings, provide guidance, and participate in multidisciplinary teams
- Utilize teletherapy tools as needed for remote service delivery
