Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Norwalk, Connecticut

Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state license or eligibility (CFY welcome to apply)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFs considered
- Experience working with pediatric populations, preferably within school settings
- Strong organizational, communication, and documentation skills
- Comfortable collaborating with educators, families, and allied professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) with measurable goals
- Deliver group and individual therapy sessions tailored to diverse learning needs
- Regularly monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed
- Work collaboratively with school staff and participate in IEP meetings
- Communicate effectively with families to ensure consistency of care
- Maintain accurate, timely records and necessary documentation
