Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - New Haven, CT

Qualifications & Experience:
- Active state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or related field
- Prior experience in pediatric and/or school-based settings strongly preferred
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to develop and implement individualized intervention plans
- Commitment to cultural competence and inclusivity
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement IEPs tailored to individual student needs
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Document progress and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expert insights to support holistic student outcomes
- Deliver both individual and group therapy sessions with creativity and compassion
