Desired Qualifications:
- Active SLP license with CCCs (Clinical Certificate of Competence) or strong support for supervision if completing your CFY
- Experience with school-based caseloads (PreK-12th preferred)
- Teletherapy skills are a plus
- Background in pediatric speech-language pathology or prior work in educational settings
- Strong documentation and organizational skills
- Excellent interpersonal and collaborative abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct assessments, develop IEPs, and deliver therapy tailored to individual student needs
- Work with a diverse range of speech and language challenges, including articulation, fluency, voice, and social communication
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
- Contribute to multidisciplinary teams, meetings, and ongoing student evaluations
- Maintain timely, accurate records and ensure compliance with state and federal guidelines
