Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure (Connecticut)
- CCC-SLP certification or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
- Experience with pediatric and school-aged populations
- Familiarity with IEP development, goal setting, and progress monitoring
- Ability to provide both in-person and teletherapy services (as needed)
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and screenings for students PreK-12
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver direct therapy sessions—individually and in groups
- Collaborate actively with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary team members
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive learning environment
