- Active North Carolina license for Speech-Language Pathology required
- Holds SLP-CCC (Certificate of Clinical Competence) or is a Clinical Fellow (CFY) actively progressing toward CCCs
- Experience in pediatric or school-based settings is highly valued
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members
- Strong communication, documentation, and organizational skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional growth and evidence-based practice
Role Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech and language therapy services to preschool-aged students
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and monitor progress toward goals
- Document student performance and maintain accurate records in compliance with school and state regulations
- Collaborate with educators and families to facilitate communication strategies that support student success
- Attend meetings, participate in professional development, and consult with Clinical Advisory Team as needed
