- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language services to students in a preschool setting
- Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and implement evidence-based therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings and provide consultation to staff and parents as needed
