Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid North Carolina license in speech-language pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for CFY supervision
- Experience or strong interest in working with preschool-aged children
- Comfort delivering services in school-based settings
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning environment
Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in preschoolers
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Work collaboratively with teachers, families, and support staff
- Monitor progress and adjust interventions as necessary
- Maintain accurate documentation and comply with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to IEP processes
