Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CF candidates considered
  • Experience working with school-aged children preferred, but open to new graduates eager to build their skills in a supportive setting
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational abilities
  • Passion for fostering students’ success in academic and social environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Complete evaluations and help develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
  • Provide engaging and evidence-based therapy tailored to each student’s goals within individual and small group settings
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to ensure students’ progress and to integrate speech-language strategies
  • Maintain thorough documentation of assessments, therapy sessions, and student progress in accordance with school and state guidelines
  • Participate in team meetings, professional development activities, and school events as needed
