Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license in Connecticut, CCC-SLP credentials required
- Previous experience in a school setting preferred
- Willingness to work full-time on-site in a K-12 caseload across multiple school locations
- Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Assess and provide individualized speech and language therapy for K-12 students
- Develop and implement IEPs in collaboration with educators and families
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress records
- Participate in team meetings and professional development
