Desired Qualifications & Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure and CCC-SLP (Certificate of Clinical Competence)
- Previous experience within a school environment is highly valued
- Proficiency in assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for a range of speech and language disorders
- Effective collaboration and communication skills across multidisciplinary teams
- Ability to seamlessly manage a diverse caseload across multiple school sites
- Only in-person applicants will be considered for this role
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high-quality speech and language therapy to K–12 students, both in group and individual settings
- Perform evaluations, develop IEP goals, and monitor student progress in compliance with regulations
- Maintain up-to-date documentation and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and family members
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to RTI or MTSS processes
- Facilitate a supportive and inclusive learning environment
