Qualifications:
- Current SLP-CCC certification required
- Previous experience within a school environment strongly preferred
- Skilled in managing K-12 caseloads across diverse needs
- Outstanding communication and collaboration abilities
- Commitment to onsite, in-person service—remote work not available
- Ability to work across multiple school sites as needed
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and administer individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to maximize student progress
- Document and report on student progress in accordance with school policies
- Participate in staff meetings and foster a supportive, inclusive school environment
