Key Qualifications:

- Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite, providing direct therapy and consultation
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy to students across K-12 grade levels, both individually and in groups
- Conduct assessments, interpret results, and develop customized Individualized Education Program (IEP) goals
- Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to monitor progress and modify interventions as needed
- Maintain required documentation and contribute to IEP meetings and reports
- Educate and empower educators and caregivers on strategies to support student communication needs within the classroom and at home
