Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates are welcome to apply
- Valid or eligible Speech-Language Pathology license for practice in Wisconsin
- Experience working with K-12 students in educational or clinical settings
- Strong knowledge of IEP documentation and implementation processes
- Skilled at conducting assessments, developing intervention plans, and tracking student progress
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy services and consultative support for students with speech and language challenges
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and assessments to identify student needs
- Develop, implement, and review Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) in partnership with multidisciplinary teams
- Maintain thorough and timely records and reports in compliance with district/state regulations
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and other service providers to maximize student outcomes
- Participate in team meetings, parent conferences, and professional development as needed
