Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active Wisconsin SLP license (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school-based settings preferred, but dedicated new graduates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Familiarity with IEP processes and related documentation
- Ability to work effectively across a diverse student population from kindergarten through high school
Responsibilities & Duties:
- Conduct assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEP goals
- Provide direct speech-language services to students in individual or small group sessions
- Collaborate closely with teachers, support staff, and families to foster a communicative classroom environment
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, offering expertise and advocating for student needs
