School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Washburn, Wisconsin

Qualifications:
- Master’s Degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Current license or eligibility for licensure as an SLP
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Previous experience in a K-12 school setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, documentation, and collaboration skills
- Ability to work effectively onsite with diverse student groups
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students, tailoring interventions to meet individual needs
- Develop, implement, and update Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Complete assessments and evaluations to determine student eligibility and areas of need
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to promote student progress and generalize skills in classroom settings
- Maintain accurate records in compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to educational planning
