Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state license (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows encouraged to apply
- Prior experience working with K–12 populations is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Knowledge of IEP processes and best practices for diverse student populations
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language disorders
- Deliver engaging therapy sessions in one-on-one and small group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and support staff to develop effective communication strategies
- Contribute to evaluations, attend IEP meetings, and document student progress
- Offer support across a range of needs, including articulation, fluency, language, and social communication
- Creatively adapt interventions to best serve the diverse needs of K–12 students
