Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Appleton, WI

Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current and valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain licensure as an SLP in Wisconsin
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA preferred, though strong CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience working in a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly valued
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a multidisciplinary team
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on students' needs
- Provide direct therapy services, both individual and group, for a diverse K-12 caseload
- Maintain thorough records and progress reports in compliance with school and state guidelines
- Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to facilitate student success and integration
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to support personalized learning
