Qualifications & Experience
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) to practice as an SLP
- Experience working with school-aged children, preferably K-12
- Ability to collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary educational team
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working onsite and adaptable to varying grade levels and caseloads
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students across grade levels
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans targeting students’ communication goals
- Provide direct speech therapy services, both individually and in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, counselors, and families to support student progress
- Document evaluations, progress reports, and maintain accurate records in compliance with school/district policies
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the educational planning process
