School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Menomonie, Wisconsin

This contract opportunity is available for both full-time and part-time Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) to deliver essential services within K-12th grade settings. You’ll work onsite, collaborating closely with school staff and students to make a true impact in the educational experience.
Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active SLP licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Wisconsin
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in a school-based environment or with pediatric populations is a plus
- Familiarity with IEP process, progress monitoring, and data-driven therapy
- Strong interpersonal, organization, and communication skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide speech and language therapy to K-12 students onsite
- Conduct assessments, develop treatment plans, and deliver individualized interventions
- Document student progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff on student needs and goals
- Consult with multidisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive student support
- Utilize evidence-based strategies and innovate resources to support student communication
