Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, though CFY candidates will be considered
- Previous experience or clinical placement in a K-12 school environment highly valued
- Strong ability to collaborate with teachers, parents, and staff to support student development
- Proficiency in evaluation, intervention planning, and implementation for students with diverse needs
- Excellent communication, documentation, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough assessments, analyze results, and develop individualized treatment plans
- Deliver speech, language, and communication interventions directly to students
- Consult and collaborate with educators and family members to maximize support strategies
- Monitor progress, modify interventions as needed, and maintain accurate student records
