Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state SLP licensure (or ability to obtain before start date)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred, CFY considered
- Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized treatment plans
Role Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and deliver therapy sessions tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with educators, administrators, and families to support academic and social success
- Maintain detailed records and prepare evaluation reports
- Participate in developing and updating IEPs
- Provide guidance and resources to staff and families regarding speech and language support
