Qualifications and Preferred Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or equivalent from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license and ASHA CCCs (or eligibility)
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
- Ability to design and implement individualized therapy plans
- Commitment to fostering a positive, inclusive learning experience for diverse learners
What You'll Be Doing:
- Provide direct and indirect speech-language services to students with a variety of communication disorders and needs
- Conduct thorough evaluations, develop individualized treatment plans, and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff to facilitate progress and support overall student well-being
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in alignment with district and compliance requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to team-based decision-making
- Offer consultation and resources to educators and families to support carryover of skills in daily routines
