Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) required
- Previous experience working in school settings preferred
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to collaborate with students, staff, and families
- Ability to manage caseloads and stay organized in a fast-paced atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to students K-12 with various communication needs
- Conduct assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document student progress

- Provide direct therapy sessions both one-on-one and in small groups
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with all school and legal requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional recommendations for student success
