Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current California SLP license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working within a school setting or with pediatric populations is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of assessment tools, IEP development, and progress monitoring
- Excellent organization, communication, and collaboration skills
Responsibilities:
- Conduct screenings, comprehensive evaluations, and re-evaluations of students’ speech and language needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans aligned with IEP goals
- Deliver engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions in individual and small group settings
- Maintain timely documentation of student progress and collaborate closely with teachers, parents, and support personnel
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute as a valued member of the multidisciplinary team
- Provide consultative support, resources, and training to school staff and families as needed
