Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for clinical fellowship year (CFY)
- Valid state licensure or the ability to obtain appropriate licensure prior to start
- Previous experience in a school-based setting is highly valued
- Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working with students from various age groups and backgrounds
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and hearing screenings and evaluations
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs)
- Provide direct therapy services, both individually and in groups
- Maintain accurate records of student progress and stay compliant with documentation standards
- Collaborate effectively with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Provide resources and support to staff and parents to maximize student success
