Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid and current SLP state licensure (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred; Clinical Fellows are welcome to apply
- Previous experience working with school-aged children is highly valued
- Strong assessment, treatment planning, and documentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Collaborative, compassionate, and organized approach
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on student needs
- Collaborate with teachers, special education staff, and families to support student progress
- Provide direct therapy sessions, both individually and in small groups
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to goal-setting and progress tracking
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation in compliance with school and district guidelines
- Offer consultative support to educators and parents as needed
