Desired Qualifications:
- Active Speech-Language Pathology license in California
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred, but strong Clinical Fellows considered
- Schools-based experience preferred; open to candidates with relevant pediatric, educational, or clinical backgrounds
- Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills

Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students’ communication strengths and needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals tailored to each student

- Collaborate regularly with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary support staff
- Maintain accurate documentation, progress reports, and compliance with district and state requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student teams
