Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited program
- Valid SLP license in California (or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA CCC or ability to obtain clinical fellowship supervision if you are a CF
- Previous experience working with school-aged children preferred, but strong new graduates are welcome
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaborative skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans in alignment with IEP goals
- Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students in accordance with their IEPs
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress notes, and evaluation reports
- Participate in IEP meetings, case conferences, and ongoing professional development
- Utilize evidence-based practices and innovative materials to enhance therapy outcomes
