Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) | Logansport, Indiana

Key Qualifications/Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active state licensure as an SLP or eligibility for licensure in Indiana
- Previous pediatric or school-based SLP experience preferred
- Competence with a variety of communication disorders and augmentative/alternative communication (AAC) tools
- Strong documentation, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary staff
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for students
- Develop individualized treatment plans and deliver evidence-based therapy
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with school and regulatory requirements
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals and generalize progress in the classroom
- Attend and contribute to IEP meetings, providing professional recommendations and progress updates
- Offer consultation and training to school staff on speech/language strategies for classroom integration
