Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, ideally within a school environment
- Ability to establish rapport with children, families, and educational staff
- Strong organizational and communication skills

Your Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) aligned to students’ needs
- Deliver direct therapy services to students in individual or group formats
- Monitor progress and maintain accurate, timely documentation
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create supportive learning environments
- Attend IEP meetings and contribute expertise for student success
- Provide education and strategies to families and staff to reinforce therapy goals
