Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Corydon, IN

Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology (or eligibility to obtain)
- Strong background in pediatric assessment and intervention, especially in school settings
- Knowledge of IEP processes and compliance requirements
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage students, families, and staff
- Previous experience in schools preferred, but enthusiastic new graduates are also welcome
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders in students
- Develop and implement targeted treatment plans tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Participate in the creation and review of Individualized Education Programs (IEP)
- Deliver individual and group speech therapy sessions aligned with IEP goals
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and related service providers to support students’ progress
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school policies and state regulations
