Working a consistent 37.5 hours per week at a single campus, your expertise will contribute directly to the development and growth of young children at a crucial stage in their education.
Qualifications:
- Current, active Speech-Language Pathologist license in Colorado (SLP-CCC or SLP-CF accepted)
- Strongly prefer prior experience working with PreK students; background supporting non-verbal or intensive-needs populations highly valued
- Able to begin as soon as credentialing is complete and continue through the end of the school year
- Thoroughness and professionalism in completing necessary district onboarding materials prior to assignment
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language therapy for a PreK caseload in an on-site, intensive classroom environment
- Assess, develop, and implement individualized treatment plans focusing on communication and language skills development
- Collaborate with educators, classroom staff, and families to optimize the learning experience and progress of each student
- Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in multidisciplinary team meetings as needed
- Offer guidance to support staff and contribute to a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom ethos
