This contract opportunity is ideal for a Speech-Language Pathologist seeking a dynamic, focused caseload working intensively with PreK-aged children. The position is full-time, with 37.5 hours per week based on-site at a single elementary school.
Key Qualifications:
- Valid Colorado SLP license required
- SLP-CCC or SLP-CF both welcome to apply
- Experience with preschool populations preferred
- Familiarity in working with non-verbal students or intensive needs classrooms is a plus
- Ability to complete district-required credentialing paperwork quickly
- Positive, collaborative approach within a multidisciplinary school team
Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language therapy to a dedicated caseload of PreK students
- Collaborate with special educators and other related service providers within an Intensive Preschool Classroom
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) based on student needs
- Provide assessment, progress monitoring, and appropriate documentation
- Communicate effectively with families and caregivers
- Participate actively in IEP meetings and school-based collaboration
