School Speech Language Pathologist - Aurora, Colorado

This position focuses on a PreK caseload, working on-site with students who may have complex communication needs, including those who are non-verbal. Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Active Colorado SLP license required
- Experience working with PreK students preferred
- Background supporting non-verbal students considered a strong plus
- Ability to start as soon as possible and work through the end of the school year (contract runs ASAP through 5/21/27)
- Willingness to complete required district credentialing paperwork prior to assignment start
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language services to an intensive preschool classroom
- Employ assessment and intervention strategies tailored for young learners
- Collaborate proactively with teachers, aides, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate records and document student improvement
- Adapt therapeutic approaches to meet a range of developmental and communication needs
