Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current WA SLP license required
- Must be fingerprinted through OSPI or willing to complete the process
- Washington ESA certification required or willingness to obtain
- CCC-SLP credentials preferred
- Previous experience in a K-12 or school setting is highly desired
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with students, families, and staff
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and provide therapy for speech, language, voice, and fluency disorders in K-12 children
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Collaborate with teachers and educational teams to promote student success
- Maintain thorough documentation, progress reports, and data tracking
- Provide guidance and resources to families to reinforce therapeutic goals
- Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
