Desired Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Valid state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Texas
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, new graduates with strong clinical experience welcome
- Experience providing services in a K-12 educational setting is a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to tailor therapy and interventions to meet individual student needs
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students’ speech, language, and communication needs
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in line with student goals and IEPs
- Provide direct therapy services to students in individual and group settings
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
- Maintain detailed documentation of services provided, progress reports, and data tracking
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of educational strategies
- Educate and assist staff and parents on best practices for supporting communication at school and at home
