Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state SLP license or eligibility to obtain one
- Experience working with pediatric or school-aged populations required
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to collaborate with educators, families, and support staff
- Excellent communication and documentation abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Deliver evidence-based speech, language, and communication therapy services
- Collaborate with teachers and multidisciplinary teams to foster a supportive learning environment
