Qualifications:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist license and ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Prior experience working in schools or with pediatric populations
  • Strong understanding of IEP development, implementation, and progress monitoring
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities
  • Comfortable managing a PreK-8th grade caseload

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct thorough speech and language assessments for students across PreK-8th grades
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans in accordance with IEP goals
  • Maintain detailed records, progress notes, and required documentation
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal student outcomes
  • Engage in direct, one-on-one and small group therapy sessions
