Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Active state license or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings preferred
- Familiarity with IEP processes and documentation requirements
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and settings
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech, language, voice, and fluency assessments for students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans in alignment with student goals
- Maintain timely and accurate documentation as required by school guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing recommendations and status updates
- Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to create a supportive educational environment
- Offer direct speech-language interventions and monitor progress
- Educate and guide families and staff on strategies for student success
