Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility for licensure)
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in a school-based or clinical setting
- Strong knowledge of assessment, evaluation, and intervention techniques for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills with teachers, families, and support staff
- Ability to adapt to diverse student needs and manage a dynamic caseload
Primary Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to students with a range of speech and language needs
- Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), and track student progress
- Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to ensure the best supports are in place
- Participate in team meetings and offer training or consultation as needed
- Maintain thorough documentation and uphold confidentiality standards
