Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state SLP licensure and ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility
- Prior experience working with pediatric populations, preferably in educational settings
- Strong clinical skills in speech, language, and communication disorders
- Excellent interpersonal, documentation, and communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans for students with speech and language challenges
- Provide one-on-one and group therapy targeting articulation, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills
- Collaborate with teachers, school staff, and families to create supportive strategies for student growth
- Maintain accurate and timely records in compliance with district and state guidelines
- Participate in IEP meetings, provide progress updates, and adjust therapy goals as needed
