Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current state licensure (or eligibility) in North Carolina
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Clinical experience with pediatric or school-aged populations (CFYs considered with strong pediatric background)
- Exceptional communication and organizational skills
- Adaptability and a willingness to collaborate with educators, families, and related service professionals
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments for students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop individualized treatment and therapy plans
- Deliver direct interventions in both individual and group settings
- Participate in IEP meetings, providing expertise and documentation to support student progress
- Consult with teachers, staff, and parents to support integration strategies within the classroom
- Maintain thorough and timely documentation in accordance with school and state requirements
