Qualifications & Skills:
- Valid state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC)
- Previous school-based experience preferred
- Comfortable supporting K-12 students
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver assessment, intervention, and therapy to students across K-12 caseloads
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Participate in team meetings to discuss and review caseload specifics (to be detailed during interviews)
- Maintain accurate documentation and follow compliance standards
