Desired Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current and valid CCC-SLP credential
- Pennsylvania SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Experience with K-12 caseloads preferred
- Ability to build rapport with students, teachers, and families
- Strong skills in assessment, therapy planning, and monitoring progress
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy to K-12 students
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and monitor student progress
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support student growth
- Conduct assessments and deliver both group and individual sessions
- Maintain accurate records and thorough documentation
